Broken Record
I filled the iPod up with some Neil Young a couple of weeks ago. It is still going strong, with Broken Arrow receiving the most play. Can the playcount of tracks on the iPod be exported back to iTunes?
Thinking about what a friend had said
We were coming back from a wine bottling party on Sunday, and I gave my iPod to Caden. As we are driving down the highway, he is in the back seat singing along to After the GoldRush. He didn’t have all the words quite right, so Mother nature was on the run in the 1917s as opposed to the 1970s.
Unfortunately I missed him singing about the band playing in his head, and feeling like getting high. Last year we had explained to the kids who the statue downtown was of. The kids always walk past the statue of Kesey and wondered who he was. After taking almost the most circuitous route to explaining LSD, Caden said he wanted to be just like Kesey when he grew up, and make things that change the mind.
All revved up and ready to go
The little two, after pretending that they were too tired to get up this morning, turned on the Ramones, quite loud, and were happily jumping on the bed as I peeked in.
