Broken Record

I filled the iPod up with some Neil Young a couple of weeks ago. It is still going strong, with Broken Arrow receiving the most play. Can the playcount of tracks on the iPod be exported back to iTunes?

Thinking about what a friend had said

We were coming back from a wine bottling party on Sunday, and I gave my iPod to Caden. As we are driving down the highway, he is in the back seat singing along to After the GoldRush. He didn’t have all the words quite right, so Mother nature was on the run in the 1917s as opposed to the 1970s.

Unfortunately I missed him singing about the band playing in his head, and feeling like getting high. Last year we had explained to the kids who the statue downtown was of. The kids always walk past the statue of Kesey and wondered who he was. After taking almost the most circuitous route to explaining LSD, Caden said he wanted to be just like Kesey when he grew up, and make things that change the mind.

All revved up and ready to go

The little two, after pretending that they were too tired to get up this morning, turned on the Ramones, quite loud, and were happily jumping on the bed as I peeked in.

Living with War

Id be remiss if I didn’t take this chance to remind you to listen to Neil Young ’s latest album Living with War

You can listen directly at Neils site, or go to True Majority and send a message to your senators letting them know you want our soldiers home.
