Google Ranking

I forsee a few changes coming for the new year. First of all it looks as if traffic to the site has picked up and will continue to grow. I spent some time looking at my logs and checking out what searches are bringing people to my site. As of 3 am CST on January 5th these are the top search strings that brought viewers to my site. Listed by number of visits per term, number in front of term refers to google rank, as you can see i am the worlds foremost expert on Prodigal chickens and the running time of Everybody knows this is nowhere.(though I suspect Neil Young has a better idea about this).

  • 8 aol 9
  • 38 christmas 2003 jpg
  • 2 everybody knows this is nowhere
  • 5 aol 9 comments
  • 2 aol 9 for broadband
  • 7 aol 9 install problems

  • 12 nicotine stain removal fingers
  • 1 prodigal chicken
  • 9 removing nicotine stains on fingers
  • 100+ starprose journals
  • 25 where can i download aol 9

With the change in traffic, also comes a change in policy, you will receive a password that can be used to look at photos of the family(as in the christmas ones), I will continue to put up the odd one directly on the site, but large unedited collections will be closely monitored.

I do enough to emabarass the kids, I dont need someone pulling up pictures from 10 years ago, and showing them, when the kids are older. If you want to be able to enjoy the photos, either you need to contribute to the raising of the children in some manner, the easiest way to do this is to have the good fortune to be related to them. Or for those not fortunate enough for that, you need to come sit on our old couch while I set iPhoto to display the pictures as a slide show.

If so many people are looking at my site for aol 9 problems, hopefully one of you can help with my problem.

Science FictionRun amok

I’ve never known anybody who was murdered. Admittedly, I’ve known my fair share of people who have died (not that anybody can be particularly happy with that “fair” share), but never under such strange circumstances as a murder. Today I learned that, well… I do now.

A woman whom I used to work with —whose name I sha’n’t mention for fear of attracting an undeserved, unnecessary, and unwanted Google rank on said name— was murdered just two nights ago; her throat slit by an as–yet–unidentified intruder in her home. A weird kind of hush has surrounded her death amongst the people at work, given that she was fired just a couple of months ago for what can only be described as “disorderly conduct”. She wasn’t liked particularly well, either, which accounts for a certain lack of grieving at her death; but the whole thing is just, well… weird. That’s all I’ve got.

And the name is the Same

Science Fiction run amok, Chris Clark living in an alternate parallel reality, this time in Australia. I suppose with umpteen billion people on this earth, there is someone with whom your life might run along parallel lines at one point or another. But what are the chances of you finding out about them, and being able to read their experiences.

Granted it is a common name, google returns about 2,960,000 pages for a simple search on the name.Seeings as how this seems to be running somewhat parallel, I wish for the new year That Chris will not know anyother murdered people, and that a new and Improved Job shows up soon.

no gnus is good gnus

wow

almost two weeks without an update.

Sorry, but knowing that my loyal readership was here for a vacation, it made it hard to write.

Zeandale

I created another blog solely devoted to the house and its ongoing construction. it can be found at this location. I will continue writing here and including Sunset images. The new blog will feature pictures with captions from our house, I plan to change its layout as I get motivated. I saw a good photo layout yesterday that I plan to copy, mostly for the learning experience of walking through setting up that layout, and the flexibility it provides.
