Outlook is not a real answer

Forced onto outlook by corporate beauracracy, I spend my day trying to make intelligent rules to filter mail here and there so that I can minimize the amount of time it takes to handle looking at my new emails.

We have a number of automated processes, that I receive notifications of when things go wrong. I tend to filter these straight into the deleted items folder, as there I can go and check on them, but usually it is an error that requires no intervention on my end.

One of these stopped moving through my folders this week, and as I can get several hundred notifications I immediately noticed. Heres a screenshot of the rule in question. And a second shot of the error outlook insists on returning when it is automatically run. It seems to have no problems when I
